Our office is located at 24, Tarun Society, which is right on Gotri Road in Vadodara. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on the metacare side of things. It’s a private limited company, so there’s always some administrative work to keep up with. The space inside is a bit tight sometimes with all the files and computers we have set up. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls. It’s more about getting the work done. Usually, the team is huddled around a desk discussing the latest project or checking on some details. Being in a society like Tarun means it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a massive industrial zone, which we actually like. It makes it easier to focus. We get people coming in for meetings every now and then. We offer them tea and sit down to talk about whatever needs doing. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just people working together. We try to keep a steady pace throughout the day. Some mornings are busier than others, but we usually manage to stay on top of things. It feels like a small family business even though we have the official company structure. Most days we are just busy keeping the records straight and answering the phones.
