National Builders, Baroda

We run National Builders here in Baroda. Our office is called Pitruchhaya, and you can find it at 8-Ratankunj Society. We are right across from the Nageshwar Mahadev Mandir and pretty close to Tulsi Society on Waghodia Road. If you are in Vadodara-19, you probably know the area well. It’s a busy part of town but we like it. We’ve been doing building work for a good while now. It’s mostly just us coordinating different construction sites and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. The office is in a residential-feeling area, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We often have people dropping by just to chat about local projects or to see how a certain build is coming along. Construction in Vadodara is always moving, so we stay pretty active. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the ins and outs of the trade. Sometimes things go smooth, and sometimes the weather or the suppliers give us a headache, but that’s just how the building business goes. We like being on Waghodia Road because it's easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to keep our neighbors happy. That’s what National Builders is about, really.
