Our office is tucked away at 8A Nilam Park Society, right near Ramkrisn Society. This is more of a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being out on the main highway. Ratilal Mayeji Bhai Patel started things off, and we just kept going from there. It is a simple setup in a house-like building. We mostly deal with land and property stuff around this part of town. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to chat or ask about what’s happening with local prices. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We have some old chairs, a big table, and plenty of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the window while we’re trying to finish some paperwork. It feels more like a community spot than a big company office. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us in Nilam Park. It’s a steady way to work, and we like knowing the people we are dealing with. Usually, we close up early on Saturdays if there isn't much to do. It’s just how we operate, keeping things straightforward and not making things more complicated than they need to be. We’ve been part of this society for a long time and don't plan on moving our office anywhere else.
