At Shreeji Enterprise, we operate out of Plot No. C1/b/128 /12 in the Industrial Estate of the GIDC. It is a solid, functional space that has seen a lot of use over the years. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor has its fair share of cracks, but it’s a good place to work. We have a lot of inventory moving through here, so there are always pallets and crates being shifted around by the guys. The Industrial Estate is loud and there is a lot of smoke from the factories nearby, so we usually keep the fans running full blast. We don't have a secretary or a front desk; if someone comes by, they just walk in and shout for one of us. It is the kind of place where you wear old clothes because you’re probably going to get dirty before the day is over. Our plot, C1/b/128 /12, is right in the middle of a long row of similar buildings, so we sometimes get mail meant for the neighbors. We just walk it over to them and have a quick chat. It’s a tight-knit community in this part of the GIDC. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down. It is just a regular life at Shreeji Enterprise, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It's noisy but it's ours.
