We’ve been at Plot No. C/128/4 for quite a few years now. The GIDC area stays busy, especially in the mornings when the trucks start rolling in. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day, keeping the machines running and making sure things get done. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's a workspace where people actually work. You’ll see some of us sitting outside during lunch when it’s not too hot. The neighbors know us, and we know them. Most days start with tea and a quick talk about what needs to happen before the sun goes down. We don't really have a big staff, just enough people to handle the load we get. It's dusty because of the roads, but we try to keep our spot clean enough to work comfortably. The address is easy to find if you know this part of the estate. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to do bills or check a message. Mostly, it’s about the hands-on stuff that keeps the business going. We’ve seen the area change a lot, with new buildings coming up and older ones getting repainted. We just stay focused on our plot and the work that comes through the gate and that's enough to keep us busy from Monday to Saturday.
