Nam Consulting Engineer & Contractor Pvt Ltd is situated on the first floor of the Rudraksh Complex. We are on the Sevasi Vailankani Shrine Road, which is a place most people around here can find pretty easily. We do both the consulting and the actual contracting work, so our days are usually split between the office and the job sites. The office in the Rudraksh Complex is where we do all the math and draw up the plans. It is a functional space, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of paper. We have been at this for a while and have seen many projects through from the first sketch to the final brick. We do not bother with the high-end corporate talk you might hear from the big firms in the city. We prefer to just talk to people plainly about what needs to happen on their project. It is a lot of work coordinating everything, but we enjoy the challenge of it. Working on Sevasi Vailankani Shrine Road means we are close to our neighbors and the community. We have built up a steady rhythm over the years. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the buildings and projects we work on are solid and done right. It is a simple approach but it keeps us busy and the office stays active most days of the week.
