Naivya Impex Private Limited

Naivya Impex Private Limited is based in Vadodara, specifically in the Atladra area. Our office is in the Hari Smruti Building, unit T-3/403. We are quite close to the Pramukh Swami Hospital, so you can always hear the sound of traffic and people moving around outside. We do import and export work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. The office is a bit small and we have stacks of boxes sitting in the corners most of the time. It is not the most organized place, but it is where we do our business every day. We have a small balcony where we can go to get a bit of fresh air, though the view is mostly just other buildings and the busy street. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of trade, even if the traffic in Atladra is getting worse every year. We do not have any corporate manuals or formal rules here. We just talk to each other like normal people and try to solve whatever problems come up with the shipments. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days we are chasing down a truck that got lost. We drink a lot of tea to keep our energy up during the long afternoons. It is a simple setup that works for us, and we have been in this building for quite a while now.
