We’ve got our office set up at 101 Saachi Residency. It’s right near the Taksh Complex on Vasna Road here in Vadodara. It’s a good spot because there’s always people moving around the area. We spend our time working on various development projects. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well. Most of the time we are looking over plans or talking to people about construction. We don't use any of that fancy marketing talk you hear from big firms. We are just local developers who know the Vadodara streets pretty well. The Vasna Road area has grown a lot, and we’ve been right here through most of it. Sometimes our desks are a mess with drawings and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up in the morning and do what needs to be done. It’s a honest way to make a living. People know they can find us at Saachi Residency if they need to talk about a project. We like to keep things straightforward and simple. There's no need to overcomplicate things when you’re just building stuff and helping the city grow a little bit more every year. We are just a small team of regular people doing the paperwork and coordination from this room. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan works fine.
