M/S Sagar Constructions Ltd. C/O L & T Ltd.

M/S Sagar Constructions Ltd. operates out of Ahmedabad, and we are situated C/O L & T Ltd. at B/106 in the Bhagirath Society. Our neighborhood is Ghodasar, and a big landmark nearby is the Cadila Laboratory. It is a bit of an industrial and residential mix around here. The office is part of the society, so it feels very much like being part of the local community. We do a lot of construction-related tasks, and being associated with L&T means there is always something technical to look at. The space inside B/106 is functional. We have desks for the engineers and a small area for meetings that usually involve a lot of hand-drawn sketches and blueprints. Ahmedabad-50 is our home base, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the city. The walk to the nearby lab area is short, and there are always people moving about. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you will probably just see us hunched over plans or talking on our mobiles. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the actual building work. We deal with the heat of Gujarat and the busy streets of Ghodasar every day. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We just try to stay on top of the schedules and make sure the materials are being handled correctly. That is mostly what our days consist of.
