M/S. Aakar Construction, Vadodara

You can find our office over at 36, Cactus Park Society. It is located on New Sama Road in Vadodara. It is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential houses around us, so we try our best not to be too loud when we are loading up the trucks early in the morning. We have been operating from this specific spot for quite a while now. We do construction work, mostly local jobs around the city and the suburbs. It involves a lot of coordination between our workers and the people we are building for. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people just find out about us through word of mouth or seeing our trucks around the neighborhood. The office itself is basically just a few rooms where we keep the site plans and our tools. It is often a bit messy with blueprints, maps, and samples of tiles or bricks laying on the tables. Vadodara is a growing city, so there is almost always a new house being built or a renovation happening somewhere nearby. We stay busy throughout the year. The summers here are really hot, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done very early in the morning before the heat gets bad. We take a long break for lunch when the sun is at its highest point. It is a small operation. We don't have a marketing team or anything polished. We just focus on the job at hand. If the work is solid, people usually find us. That has been our way for years now at this Vadodara-02 location. It is just honest work.
