We started this place over in Sanidhaya Society because there was a need for good tubing around Vadodara. My father worked in factories before this, and he always said that getting parts shouldn't be so hard. So we got a small crew together at H 131. It’s a busy spot, but we like the pace. Mostly, we just spend our days making sure the metal is right and the orders go out when they should. Sometimes the machines act up or the heat in Gujarat gets to be a bit much, but we keep at it anyway. It isn't a fancy setup here. We just have our workstations and a small office where we handle the paperwork. Most of the guys have been with us for a while now. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. When someone comes by the shop, they usually see us in the middle of a job. We don’t have much time for sitting around talking about goals or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing. It can get pretty noisy with the cutting and shaping going on all day. People in Vadodara know where to find us if they need something specific made. We try to be fair and just get the tubes done right the first time so nobody has to come back complaining. It’s just how we run things here in the society.
