Meridian Ventures

Meridian Ventures is based out of 108, Kashyap Complex, which is on Productivity Road in the Alkapuri area. If you’ve ever been to Alkapuri, you know it’s a busy part of town with plenty of shops and other offices around us. Kashyap Complex itself is a sturdy old building, and we’ve been on the 108 side for quite some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, chairs, and a few computers where we sit and handle our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. The traffic on Productivity Road can get pretty loud during rush hour, so we usually keep the windows shut to keep the noise out. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache if you arrive late in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing our thing. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge, just a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some biscuits. It’s a simple environment, and we like it that way because it keeps us focused. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and others who are newer. Everyone just gets along and does what needs to be done each day. It’s not fancy but it works for us.
