We talk about the weather or the local news while we work in the back. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We make sure everything is packed correctly before it leaves the gate in the evening. Living and working in Gorwa means dealing with the heat and the dust, but we’re used to it. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand.
