Our work happens at Survey 99/1 in the village of Vadadala. It’s right on the stretch of the Jarod - savli road, and the papers list it as survey No. 99/1 in Tal- Savli. We’ve been making circuit boards here for quite some time now. Being out in this area means it is a bit of a drive for some of us, but we don't mind the scenery. The factory floor is where most of the action is, with the machines running and the smell of solder in the air. We aren’t a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group doing what needs to be done. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and a lot of folders. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve done business with us before. Every day is pretty much the same routine: we get in, check the orders, and get the production lines moving. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the local news. It’s a quiet life compared to the big city workshops. We just focus on keeping the circuits moving out the door. It’s a simple way of doing things and it works for everyone involved here. We keep our heads down and just get the work finished.
