We run our operations out of the Krishna Industrial Estate in Gorwa. To be more specific, we have spaces in the Marigold building on both the ground floor and the third floor. It is a slightly unusual setup having to go between two different levels, but we have made it work for us over the years. The ground floor units are mostly used for the heavier storage and shipping tasks, while the paperwork and sales happen up in unit 301. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise, with trucks constantly loading up and the sound of machines from the other units nearby. We deal with various pharmachem products, so we have to be very careful with how we organize our inventory and labels. It is not a glamorous place to work, with its plain concrete floors and heavy metal shelving, but it is where we get our daily work done. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is having a bad day. We have a small, dedicated crew that manages the stock and handles the customer calls. Most of the people who work here live around the Gorwa area, so there is a nice local feel to the place. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just focus on making sure the chemicals are handled properly every single day we are open.
