We are based at 60, Matri Mandir Society on Gotri Road. It is a well-known area in Vadodara, mainly because the Isckon Temple is so close by. You can often hear the temple bells if it is a quiet afternoon. Being in a society like Matri Mandir means we have got a bit of a residential feel to our workspace. We aren't in a high-rise glass building. It is a solid, older style setup where we have worked for years. Mayur Shah & Associates isn't about the flashy stuff. We have our desks, our computers, and piles of papers that seem to grow every week. The neighborhood is friendly, and most people around here know us by name. Gotri Road has seen a lot of new shops and apartments lately, but our corner feels pretty steady. We usually start the day early and stay late if there is a deadline, which happens more often than we would like. It is just how this kind of work goes. We handle the drawings and the site visits and the endless phone calls to suppliers. There is no big marketing team here, just us doing the job. If you come by, you will probably find us arguing over a blueprint or checking a measurement. It is a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand without any unnecessary distractions. We just do the work and try to stay on top of the schedule.
