Mayfair Spaces Ltd

We've been at Sayajigun Gidc Vatva for a long time now. Mayfair Spaces Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of this office near the industrial area. It gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks and people moving about. We handle property stuff, mostly just managing things and making sure the paperwork gets done for people looking for a place. It’s not a fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to folks who drop by. Most days we are just answering the phone or heading out to look at sites. Living and working in Vatva means you get used to the noise. We started this because there was a lot of building going on and we knew the area well. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how things work in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare getting to the GIDC, but we make it work. If you're looking for us, we're usually in by nine. We’ve seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get fixed. We just stay busy with our own work. It’s practical work. We don’t do big speeches or anything like that. We just show the spaces we have and let the people decide. That’s how we’ve always done things here in this part of the city.
