Our place is located at 394 in the GIDC area of Makarpura. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around us. Matrix Comsec Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good amount of time. The building is solid and practical, which fits the kind of work we do. We deal with communication and security hardware mostly. Inside, there’s a lot of inventory and some testing benches where we check everything out. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art on the walls. It’s a workspace through and through. The noise of the neighboring factories is just background music to us now. We have a team that knows their stuff, even if we aren't always great at the paperwork side of things. We just try to get the orders right and out the door on time. Dealing with technology in an industrial setting has its own set of challenges. Sometimes the dust from outside gets in, and we have to spend the morning cleaning everything. We don't go for big marketing slogans. We just provide the equipment and help people get it set up. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work well for us. We’ve stayed in Makarpura because it’s where the action is for businesses like ours. We’re just another shop in the estate, working hard every day to keep things moving along for whoever needs our help.
