This location is at Plot No. 16 in the Shah Industrial Park. We are in the Manjusa Tawali area, right opposite the Lambapura bus stop. It is a bit out of the main city, so it feels a little more open here. You can see the people waiting for the bus across the road while we are working. We have a much larger space here compared to a city office. There is a lot of room for storing stuff and moving things around. The industrial park is usually quiet in the early mornings before everyone starts their shifts. We have big gates for the trucks to come in and unload. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we have to sweep the floors quite often. We have a small area set aside for our tea breaks. It is mostly just industrial buildings around us, so there isn't much to see except for other factories. We keep our operations pretty simple here. Most of the guys wear work clothes because it gets dusty and dirty. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes to the gate, one of us just goes out to see what they need. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being near the bus stop because it makes it easier for some of the staff to get to work. It’s a regular industrial site.
