If you know the Harni Road area, you probably know where the Sangam Bus Stand is. We are right across from it in the Narsihdham Complex. Our place is up on the first floor, unit F/F-11. It’s a busy part of town with people coming and going from the buses all the time. Being in a complex like this means we see a lot of foot traffic, though most people are just passing through. We handle various chemical supplies from this office. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and samples we keep around. We don’t have a big factory floor here, it’s more of the administrative side and small-scale handling. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a pain when we have to carry stuff up. We’ve been in this location for years, so the walls have seen a lot of work. The staff is just a few local people who live nearby. We know the regular customers by their first names. It isn't a high-tech operation with shiny glass walls. It's just a regular office where we answer phones and manage orders. We try to be helpful when someone walks in looking for something specific. Most days are just spent keeping track of inventory and making sure the deliveries are moving like they should.
