Sondex Heat Exchanger India Pvt. Ltd is found at E/1 in the G. I. D. C. area of Savli. We are technically in P. O. Manjusar. It’s quite a drive out from the main city, so most of us spend a fair amount of time commuting every morning. The industrial estate is huge and sometimes people get lost trying to find the right plot number. Our site is a functional one, built for the kind of work we do every day. It’s dusty out here sometimes because of all the nearby factories and the heavy vehicles moving on the dirt roads. The air has that industrial smell to it, which you just stop noticing after a while. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. It’s more about having a place to sit and coordinate everything. The canteen is where most of the talk happens during the lunch hour. We get a lot of sun in the afternoons, so the blinds stay shut most of the time to keep the heat down. It’s a steady pace of work here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of the G. I. D. C. zone. We keep things moving and handle whatever comes our way, usually without having to rush too much.
