Sheffield Technoplast Pvt. Ltd.

Sheffield Technoplast Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot Number 114 in the GIDC Estate, right near the ELS Tower. You can see the tower from our yard, which makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We deal with a lot of plastic manufacturing, so the place usually has that specific smell of warm resin. It’s a large plot, and we’ve filled most of it with molding machines and crates of finished products. The floors are painted grey, but most of that paint has worn off where the forklifts drive back and forth. We have a small break area in the back with a wonky table where we eat our tiffin. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know each other's families and stories. The GIDC estate is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving for their shifts. We try to keep things moving smoothly, but sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a high-tech looking place, just a solid building with a lot of activity going on inside. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or meetings; we’d rather be out on the floor making sure the molds are set right. It's a practical way to spend the day, and we're used to it.
