Our setup is at Plot No. 564 in the Gidc Estate. Sayaji Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this location for a good while now. The extrusion process takes up a lot of room, so the layout of the factory is designed around the long machinery. It’s hot work, especially near the machines, so we have big fans running all day long. The workers here are used to the heat and the constant hum of the equipment. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you show up, one of us will just come out from the back to see what you need. We mostly work with other businesses who need specific profiles or parts made. Most of our day is spent watching the gauges and making sure the material is flowing right. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late, which throws off our whole day, but we just work a bit later to catch up. The walls are a bit stained from the years of production, and the floor has seen better days, but it’s a solid workspace. We have a small area for coffee and tea where the guys take their breaks. It's a simple operation where we focus on the task at hand without any extra fluff. We know our neighbors in Gidc well, and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a spare hand to lift something.
