Pioneer Nuts-Bolts Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 628/12 and 13 in the Industrial Estate. Having two plots gives us enough room to store all the different sizes of fasteners we make. If you walk into our warehouse, you’ll see aisles and aisles of bins filled with nuts, bolts, and washers. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we have a system that mostly works. The machines that head and thread the bolts make a rhythmic thumping sound that you can hear from the street. We’ve been at this for a long time, and some of our machines are older than the workers using them, but they still work perfectly fine. We don't do much in the way of fancy branding or marketing. People just know that if they need a specific bolt, they can probably find it here. The office is tucked away in a corner and is usually filled with the sound of calculators and pens scratching on paper. We get a lot of walk-in customers from other workshops in the estate who just need a handful of things for a job they’re working on. It’s a busy, greasy, noisy place, but we like it that way. There’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the front. We just keep our heads down and keep the production going to meet the weekly deadlines.
