Modern Forgings Alloys Industries

We are located out at No. 742 in the GIDC area of Manjusar, which is a bit of a trek near Savli village. Being in an industrial zone means it’s never really quiet around here. There’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of hot metal in the air. We spend our shift working with alloys and doing forgings, which is hot and heavy work most of the time. The workshop is big, but it always feels full of equipment and raw materials waiting to be processed. Most of us live a bit of a distance away, so the morning commute to Savli is part of the routine. We’ve got a good crew who knows how to handle the tools and the heat. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch your step and keep your gloves on. The floors are concrete and stained with oil, and there’s usually a layer of soot on the rafters. We don't spend much time in the office part; most of the real work happens on the floor where the heat is. Sometimes the power goes out in the GIDC, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just how it is working in an industrial estate. We just get the parts done and out the door on the trucks that roll in every afternoon. It is hard work, but we are used to the noise and the grit.
