We are set up at Plot No-16 in the GIDC Estate. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around us. We deal with microbial technology, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. We have our lab space and the production area where we grow the cultures. It smells a bit earthy in some parts of the building, which is normal for what we do. The team here is mostly technicians and people who handle the logistics. We aren't a huge multinational; we are just a local company in Gujarat trying to provide good microbial solutions for agriculture and industry. The roads in the estate can be a bit bumpy, but the location works well for shipping our products out. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to; most of the work is hands-on with the samples. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come to the gate, you’ll probably find one of the guys loading a crate or checking the inventory. We just focus on getting the science right and making sure the batches are healthy. We have some old posters on the walls and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. It’s a place of science, but it’s also just where we spend our lives.
