Durva Bitumen

We operate out of Plot 16 in the Shiv Industrial Infrastructural Park over in Manjusar. You have to take the Nirma Canal Road toward Savli to find us. Durva Bitumen is a place where things can get a bit sticky and messy. Bitumen isn't exactly the cleanest stuff to work with, but it's what keeps the roads together. We spend our days managing the barrels and the tanks, making sure the product is ready for the road crews. The air around here usually smells like tar, which you get used to after a week or so. It’s a practical business. We don't have a showroom or any fancy displays. We just have a yard, some storage tanks, and a small office where we keep the logs. Our team is small, mostly just people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard labor and long hours. The trucks come in and out all day, especially during the paving season when everyone is trying to fix the potholes. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can so the drivers aren't waiting around too long. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Savli is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the big tankers to get in and out. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get the bitumen loaded and the invoices signed correctly.
