Cardin Health Care Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 404 in the Gidc Estate, which is where Cardin Health Care Pvt. Ltd. operates from. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a regular group of people working in a factory setting. Inside, it’s a bit cleaner than some of the neighbors who do heavy metal work, but it’s still very much an industrial space. We have our routines and the machines have their own rhythm. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure things are packed into boxes correctly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The office is just a small corner with a few chairs and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We try to keep the place organized, though when a big shipment is going out, the floor gets pretty crowded with pallets and shrink wrap. Most of us eat our lunch together in the small break area or just outside if the weather is nice. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the products are made and sent off to wherever they are going. Dealing with the heat in the summer is probably our biggest complaint, but we just drink a lot of water and keep moving. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this plot for a good while now.
