Advanced Resins is located over on Road No. 8 in the GIDC Estate, right near Rishi Laser. We’ve got two plots, 54 and 55, so there’s enough room for all the barrels and equipment we need to keep things running. Working with resins is a bit of a messy business, to be honest. You’ve got to be careful with the mixing and the temperatures. We’ve been at this for a while now, and most of the staff here knows the smell of the shop floor better than their own living rooms. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks coming in and out of the estate. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s a factory setup, plain and simple. We spend our days checking batches and making sure the quality is where it needs to be for the next shipment. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to get things back on track. That’s just life in a GIDC plot. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just make resins. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the clock. If you walk into our office, you’ll see clipboards and old desks. We focus on the work itself rather than how the building looks from the outside. It’s a steady routine of mixing, pouring, and loading.
