We've been at Plot 102 in the Alindra GIDC estate for a while now. The morning starts early here with the sound of the machines getting warmed up. It’s a bit noisy once everything is running, but you get used to it after a few days. We mostly handle extrusion work, which keeps the floor busy. There’s usually a truck or two waiting outside in the lane to pick up finished parts or drop off raw materials. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor, so we hear everything that’s going on. We have a small crew, mostly guys from the nearby areas who’ve been with us since we set up shop. The weather in Alindra gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have these big fans that just move the warm air around. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the power flickers, and we have to reset everything, which is a pain, but that's just how it goes in this part of the estate. We keep a stash of tea in the back room for breaks. Everyone knows where everything is, from the spare parts to the old ledgers. It's a steady routine. We show up, run the lines, check the output, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It's just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
