We’ve been at E-94 in the Sardar Industrial Estate for a good while now. It’s a busy spot right off Ajwa Road, and if you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s always moving. Usually, the day starts pretty early for us when the main gates open up and the first few trucks start rolling in. Most of us here just focus on getting the daily work done without making much of a fuss. The space isn't anything fancy to look at, just a standard industrial unit where we try to keep things as organized as we can. It really gets hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, but that’s just how it is in this part of town and we’ve all gotten used to it. We see a lot of different people coming in and out of the estate every day. Sometimes the traffic on Ajwa Road makes things a bit slow for deliveries, but we manage to work around it. Inside Manhar Specialities, it’s mostly just the sound of machines running and people talking about what needs to be packed or shipped out next. We don't really do big formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk over some tea in the morning and figure out the schedule for the day. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. If someone is out sick, the rest of us just pick up the slack. We’ve had the same neighbors for years.
