We are located in the Maneja area, which is an industrial part of town. You’ll find us right near the Fag Bearing Company, which is a big place everyone knows. At Gujarat Transformers Private Limited, we work with heavy equipment and electrical stuff. The workshop is usually hot and loud because of the machines and the metalwork we do. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We’re mostly in our work clothes, covered in a bit of oil or dust by the end of the shift. We spend our time assembling parts and checking the coils to make sure everything is built right. It’s a lot of technical work, but we talk about it in simple terms. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure the units we send out actually work and don't break down. The trucks come in through the gates to load up the finished transformers, and then we start on the next batch. It’s a steady routine that we’ve followed for years. Maneja is a dusty place with a lot of factories, so there's always a sense of people being busy and things being made. We fit right into that. We just focus on the job at hand and get it done without any unnecessary fuss or complicated business talk. It's just a regular factory day.
