Our spot is G 1 in the Shreeji Apartment, right in the Fatehgunj area. We are directly opposite the Sardar Bazar Bus Stop, which is a very busy place. There are always buses pulling in and out, and people running around with bags. It’s a good place for a transport and travels business because the energy of the road is right outside our door. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for anyone to just walk in off the street. It’s a small room, mainly taken up by a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We have posters of different routes on the walls, though some are a bit faded from the sun. The noise from the bus stop is constant—horns honking and conductors shouting—but we don't even notice it anymore. It’s just the sound of work. We handle a lot of bookings and move goods from one place to another. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with boxes piled up near the entrance, but we clear them out as fast as we can. Being near Sardar Bazar means we can get almost anything we need just by crossing the road. We’ve been in Shreeji Apartment for years, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a simple operation. We focus on getting things where they need to go and making sure the paperwork is sorted so there aren't any delays.
