We operate out of a couple of units, F-8 and 9, on Plot Number 992-4-1. We are right in the middle of the GIDC Industrial Estate. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the Ice Factory because we are directly opposite that. It’s a busy area with a lot of heavy vehicles and people working in different trades. Our space is functional and mostly filled with tools and parts. It’s not a quiet place, as there’s always something happening nearby or in our own shop. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. The morning starts early here when the gates open and the deliveries start coming in. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phones to packing up the crates. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the schedule. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs us, they usually just call or drop by because they know where we are. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for keeping the books straight. We spend most of our time on the floor. It’s a honest living and it keeps us on our feet. The GIDC is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where the real business happens. We just take it one order at a time.
