Vivial Forge

We’ve been here at Plot No. 309-a in the Gidc Ind. Estate for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Vivial Forge is mostly about getting the metal work done right. Most days start early before it gets too hot, though near the forge, it’s always hot anyway. We spend a lot of time around the hammers and the furnaces. It’s loud, and there’s always something needing to be moved or shaped. The crew knows their way around the shop floor. We don't have fancy offices or anything. Just the workshop and some storage space out back. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time backing in because the road gets tight with everyone else in Gidc working at the same time. We just deal with it. People come to us when they need specific forged parts. We take the orders, look at the drawings, and get to it. Some days are smoother than others. Machines break down or the materials show up late, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We try to keep things organized but a machine shop always has its own kind of clutter. You’ll usually find us covered in a bit of soot or grease by midday. It’s not a clean job but it’s what we do here. If you stop by the estate, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. We’re just regular folks making parts and trying to keep the machines running every day without too much trouble.
