Vishal Corrugators Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 852/1 in the GIDC Estate. Even though the name sounds a bit formal with the "Pvt. Ltd." part, we are just a regular group of people working in a factory. The building is a bit older, with some patches on the walls where the paint has come off. We don't mind it much. The machines inside are what matter. They hum all day long. Sometimes they make a bit of a clatter, but that just means things are moving. We have a small office tucked away in the corner where the fan wobbles a little. That’s where we handle the bills and talk to the people who buy from us. Most of the time, the floor is covered with scraps and bits of material, but we clean it all up at the end of the shift. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff around. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If someone has a problem, they just tell the foreman. We try to look after each other. If it’s someone’s birthday, we might get some sweets from the shop down the road. It’s a quiet life in many ways, just following the rhythm of the orders. We don't have a website that looks like a movie. We just have this physical space where we spend our hours. It works for us and our families.
