You can find us over at Vimal Fire Controls in the Makarpura GIDC industrial estate. The address is A- 1, 851/1, right in the heart of the industrial area. Being in GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, which suits us just fine. We work on fire control systems and safety equipment. It’s a lot of heavy stuff like extinguishers and piping. The warehouse is usually full of gear waiting to be sent out or serviced. We have a small office attached to the front where we handle all the paperwork and customer calls. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons here, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. Most of us have been working in fire safety for years, so we know the equipment inside and out. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most of the other businesses in the estate just know us and drop by when they need something updated or checked. We spend a lot of time out at other people's factories making sure their systems are working. It’s a lot of physical work and checking lists. We don't have any fancy corporate offices, just this spot in Makarpura. We show up early, get the trucks loaded, and start the day. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep doing what we know.
