Taj Industires

Taj Industires is located at Plot No. 148 inside the Gidc Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial plot with a big metal gate and a small side door for people to walk through. The area is always full of activity, with people moving crates and forklifts occasionally crossing the road. Our workspace is mostly open-plan so we can keep an eye on everything that is happening. The walls are painted a dull grey, and there are posters with safety rules that have started to curl at the edges. We have a small corner screened off for the computers and the ledger books. The floor is concrete and stays cool in the winter but radiates heat during the summer months. We don't have any fancy landscaping, just a couple of potted plants near the entrance that someone forgets to water sometimes. The electricity can be a bit unreliable, so we have a generator out back that makes a lot of noise when it kicks in. Most of our day is spent making sure the production stays on schedule and that the machines don't overheat. We have a small break area with a bench where the guys sit to eat their rotis and talk about cricket. It is a no-nonsense environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to get the work done properly and make sure the orders are ready on time.
