Shree Sainath Electroplaters

Shree Sainath Electroplaters is pretty easy to find since we are right near the Hanuman Temple. Being in the Gidc Ind. Estate means there is always something happening around Plot No. 375-1-B. The plating work we do involves a lot of tanks and chemicals, so the air always has a bit of a sharp scent to it. It’s not a place for clean clothes. We wear old gear because splashes happen. The floor is usually wet in some parts. It can get very humid inside, especially during the summer months when the fans just move the hot air around. We have a small office space, but it’s mostly used for storing old ledgers and some spare parts. The temple nearby is a nice landmark; you can hear the bells sometimes during the evening prayers if the machines are turned off. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and the walls show the age of the business. There’s a lot of rhythm to what we do, dipping and rinsing all day long. We don't do much talking while the work is going on because it’s hard to hear over the exhaust fans. It’s just a regular local shop where we put in our hours and go home. People stop by because they know where we are. It is just basic, hard work that keeps us coming back every day. There is no point in complicating things when the simple way works.
