Shanatara Insulatros

Our workshop is down at Plot No. C1-900-2-a inside the Gidc Industrial Estate. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get past the main gate. We deal with insulation stuff, which means there is often dust and bits of material everywhere despite our best efforts to sweep up. It’s a practical place, built more for moving heavy goods than for looking pretty. We spend most of the day handling rolls and sheets, checking the thickness and making sure everything is stacked right for the trucks. It’s a lot of physical labor and the weather really affects how the day feels. When it rains, the roof makes a lot of noise, but we keep moving. We aren't big on meetings or fancy talk here. Most of the communication happens over the noise of the machinery or while we are loading up a delivery. The office is just a small corner with a desk and some old filing cabinets that don't always close right. We’ve worked with the same neighbors for years now, so we all know each other’s schedules. It’s steady work, nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific tool that someone didn't put back, but we usually find it eventually. It is just a normal shop doing normal work.
