Our business is located at Plot No. 115 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a family-run sort of place, and we’ve been operating out of this same building for a long time. We don't really have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just the family and a few workers who have been with us forever. The shop floor is where everything happens. We have various machines set up, and they are usually running from eight in the morning until late. We do industrial work, which means things are often loud and a bit dirty. There’s no lobby or fancy entrance. You just walk through the main gate and you’re right there where the work is being done. We have a small cabin that serves as an office, mostly filled with old ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in the estate. We share a wall with the next unit, so we hear their machines too. It’s a community of makers and fixers here. We eat our lunch together and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it has worked for us through the years without any complaints.
