Seamless Tube Manufacturers

Our factory is located at Plot No. C-1-895 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. We make seamless tubes here for all sorts of industrial uses. It is a heavy industrial process, so the place is always loud and get quite hot in the middle of the day. There are long pieces of metal and pipe racks everywhere you look. We have some very large machines that do the pulling and shaping of the tubes to the right size. It’s a lot of physical work, and the guys are usually covered in some kind of shop oil or metal dust by the time they leave. We move things around with overhead cranes because the bundles of tubes are too heavy to lift by hand. The yard out front is full of raw steel waiting to be processed into the next order. We’ve been in this spot for years and the building has that old metal smell that stays on your clothes. We don’t have a big corporate office or a meeting room. There is just a small room with a desk and some plastic chairs where we take our lunch breaks and drink tea. We focus on the dimensions and making sure the thickness is exactly right. If a tube is off by even a little, it’s no good to anyone and goes to the scrap pile. It takes a lot of patience to get the machines set up right. We just show up every morning, start the big machines, and get to work. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just make tubes.
