At Samir Tech Chem Pvt. Ltd., our daily life happens at Plot No. 350 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial unit, much like the ones next to us. We’ve got the production area and a little space for the technical side of things since the name says tech chem. Most of the time, the floor is busy with people checking gauges or moving supplies around. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of equipment for a single plot, but we make it work. The GIDC can be a tough place to work during the monsoon when the roads get messy, but we are used to it by now. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings; we just talk over the noise of the plant. Plot 350 is our home base and it’s where all the actual work happens. The office part is mostly just for keeping the logs and making sure the bills are paid. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the wall, just the safety charts and the work schedule. It’s a regular job for regular people. We know the other business owners nearby and we all just try to get through the day's tasks without too much trouble. It's a plain, honest workspace. We just want to do the job right and keep the customers coming back without any fuss.
