Regal Polyfill Flexographic Industries

Regal Polyfill Flexographic Industries is based out of unit 748-6 in GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how crowded it gets with all the different factories. We do flexographic printing and work with various polyfill materials. It is technical work in a way, but we just see it as a daily job that needs doing. The machines run for most of the day, and there is always that distinct smell of ink and plastic hanging in the air. It gets on your clothes and your hands, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this specific spot for several years now. We print on different types of packaging materials for local businesses. It takes a good bit of patience to get the colors to line up perfectly on the moving rolls. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend the morning fixing a part or cleaning the rollers so the print stays clear. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory around. We just take the jobs as they come, set the plates, and keep an eye on the film as it runs through. The heat on the shop floor can be quite intense during the peak of summer, but we manage. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby. Most of the time, everyone is just out on the floor working and checking the output.
