Radhika Industries

Radhika Industries is situated at Plot No. 883-2 within the Gidc Ind. Estate. We have been here for a while, focusing on our manufacturing work. The shop floor is usually the busiest part of the building, with machines running most of the day. It gets noisy, but that is just the sound of work being done. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of people who know how to run the equipment. Our plot is tucked away a bit, but it has got enough space for our materials and the finished products. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy branding. We just focus on the orders we have and getting them out the door. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, which is frustrating, but it is part of the job. We like being in the Gidc because everything is close by. If we need a part or a tool, one of the neighbors usually has it. We have an old clock on the wall that runs five minutes fast, but we leave it that way because it helps us get to lunch on time. The air in here always has that faint smell of oil and metal, which I guess is just the smell of a productive day. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know.
