We've been at Plot No. 991/3-b Gidc. Estate for a while now. Power Drives is basically just a place where we handle mechanical components and parts. It gets pretty loud here some days with all the machinery running. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We started small, just a few tools and a workbench, but things grew over time as we took on more work from the neighboring factories. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's mostly just the workshop floor and a small desk for paperwork. People stop by when they need something specific fixed or built. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. Sometimes the supply of materials is a bit slow, but we manage. The GIDC estate is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We just focus on the job in front of us. If you walk past the plot, you'll probably see us loading crates or checking over some gears. It's honest work and we're used to the grease and the noise. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly we're just out back making sure the drives are set up right. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, nothing too complicated. We just open up in the morning, get through the list of tasks, and head home when it’s done. That’s how it’s always been for us at Power Drives. We like the routine.
