Patel Trading Company

We are located at Patel Trading Company, right on the GIDC Industrial Estate Main Road inside the Abhishek Complex at Plot 36-19. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic and people stopping by all day long. We trade in a variety of items, mostly stuff for the local construction and industrial projects. It’s a fast-paced environment and the phone never really stops ringing. I started this business because I wanted to work for myself, and it’s been a learning experience every single day. The shop is usually full of boxes and we’re always shuffling things around to make room for new shipments. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so there’s usually a bit of dust on the shelves. It’s just the reality of working in a busy industrial zone. We handle the sales ourselves and try to keep the prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s more about building trust than anything else. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just tell you what we have and how much it costs. If we can’t get something, we’ll tell you straight. It’s a very practical way to run a shop, and it has worked for us so far. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting in the office, making sure every customer gets what they came for before they head back out.
