If you go down to Plot No. 875-8 in the Gidc Ind. Estate, right across from where Modern Food is, you’ll find us. Parth Projects And Construction Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us who handle building work and various project tasks. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time. The office is usually full of site maps, old blueprints, and probably too many empty tea cups. Construction is a messy business, and our headquarters reflects that. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know how to manage a site and get the concrete poured or the frames set up. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or a supplier forgets a load of gravel, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how this line of work goes. We keep our tools at the GIDC plot and coordinate everything from there. It’s a decent location, easy for the trucks to find since everyone knows the Modern Food landmark. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a group that gets the job done. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We talk more about timelines and materials than anything else. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do right by the projects we take on. It is noisy and busy, but we prefer it that way instead of sitting in a quiet office all day.
