Nirnet Motors is located at Plot No. Plot 290-1 in the GIDC Ind. Estate. If you’ve spent any time in this part of the estate, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun now. We spend our days surrounded by engines, tools, and the sound of pneumatic wrenches. It’s a noisy place, and by the end of the shift, your ears are usually ringing a little bit. We handle motor repairs and some assembly work. The workshop is organized in its own way, though a stranger wouldn't think so. There are shelves of gaskets, spark plugs, and heavy metal casings everywhere. Our office is just a small partitioned area with a desk and a couple of chairs that have seen better days. We do all the billing and paperwork there, usually while drinking some tea. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. We’re usually covered in a bit of grime because that’s the nature of working with motors. People from the nearby industries bring their vehicles or equipment over when they start making a weird noise. We take a look, figure out what’s wrong, and get to work. It’s a steady rhythm of fixing things and moving on to the next job. We’ve been here at Plot 290-1 for a long time and we’ve seen the estate change a lot, but we just keep doing what we know best.
