Nilo Plast

Nilo Plast is tucked away at Plot No. 243 in the GIDC Estate. If you’re driving through the estate, you might miss us because the sign has faded a bit over the years. We’ve been thinking about getting a new one, but there’s always something more important to do inside the building. The plot is mostly taken up by the machines and the raw materials we need for the plastic work. It’s a bit of a maze once you step inside, with bags and boxes stacked up in the aisles. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking a machine, and the next you’re sweeping the floor or answering the door. The GIDC area can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down, even though it feels like a losing battle. We like being in this part of the estate because it’s close to the main road, which makes it easier for deliveries. We don't have any big corporate stories to tell. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are better than others, especially when everything runs smoothly without a breakdown. We keep things simple here at Plot No. 243. We don't need much more than our tools and a steady stream of work to keep us happy. It’s just a regular life in the industrial estate.
